Introduction Text Gerry here at the Jersey Shore, dropped 29 lbs. by July 1st 2015, achieved my short term goal and then some! Our month long RV trip planned to the Grand Canyon in September 2009 was put on hold because of an emergency angioplasty and stent installed in my 100% blocked left circumflex artery on 8/14/09. Start 2/22/15 - 237.3lbs Month 1 - 237.3-226.4 Lost 10.9 lbs. Month 2 - 226.4-219.8 Lost 6.6 lbs. Month 3 219.8-215.0 Lost 4.8 lbs. Month 4 215.0-215.4 Gained 0.4 lbs. Month 5 215.4-211.8 Lost 3.6 lbs. Month 6 211.8-207.0 Lost 4.8 lbs. Week 25 + 2.0 lbs/210.0 Week 26 - 0.5 lbs/209.5 Week 27 - 0.5 lbs/209.0 Week 28 - 1.0 lbs/208.0 Week 29 + 1.0 lbs/209.0 Total Lost 28.3 lbs.

Restarted working on caloric intake on 2/22/15 at 237 lbs. Determined that I needed a daily caloric intake goal of 2000 calories and more exercise. Currently in loss mode, trying to achieve 30 minutes per day of walking and/or stationary bicycling. 3/9/09 - Found/joined SparkPeople online Started pushing cardio to 60 minutes/day Started watching calories w/Nutrition Tracker
