Introduction Text My name is Jen, and I'm a stay at home mom to 3. For the past 10 years, I have struggled with my weight and general body image. After losing my Dad suddenly in April 2010, my life as I knew it was over. I ended up gaining an additional 40 pounds before deciding enough was enough. In May 2012, I was at my heaviest of all time; 220 pounds.As of Christmas Day 2012, I'm down a total of 43 pounds, and I couldn't be happier! My life is changing every day for the better and I am excited about living again. I'm going to be working hard over the next half of 2013 to get to my ultimate happy weight and studying my little buns off to get certified as a personal trainer.
