    Being at goal is GREAT!! And it takes work to stay here. I still weigh/measure most things, and track.

    When I hit 'that' number, I really buckle down, reduce my fruit, get more exercise.

    Do you listen to fatdag? He's on the WWapp, on youtube and faceback. He is my go to podcast to keep my head in the WWGame. He's very encouraging.

    Thanks for the comment on the community feed . Yes we did a lot of hiking and walking every day even on our travel days Tom (brother ) tried to stop often for a quick stretch time day one was hard since Wyo had closed all its rest stops for over 360 miles! lots of unhappy people too.
