Introduction Text I started Spark People back in 2008 at a time when I rejoined Weight Watchers as I wanted more contact than what a weekly meeting gave me. At that time I started with a weight of 255 and with the combination of the two programs, I lost weight rapidly and soon had lost 80 pounds. Then life happened. I had lots of stumbling blocks and some were devastating and I soon fell off my programs and fell back into old habits and regained my weight. I have had multiple do-overs and time outs but keep coming back as something tells me that I need the support that I get here to be able to reach my goals. Failure is only when I give up totally and that is something I have not done yet. Today I am down about 30 pounds from what I came in 11 years ago so not all hope is lost... I am work ing towards one-derland again



I rejoined Weight Watchers February 16, 2008 and am following the core plan.
