This is where it starts. This is the beginning of the end. I am very determined and motivated to drop the extra weight that somehow slowly crept up over the past few years until it was out of control.

Well I'm here to tell you, I am in control now. Past failures don't matter to me now because this is the time that I will be successful

Oh yes I will!

My Goals:
My goal is to drop all the extra weight and get back into shape. It wasn't that long ago, just a few years back that I was still in good shape and I miss that feeling so much. I am finding it hard to get in and out of my car now!! I want to do this an not have my legs hit the steering wheel. I want to put on my clothes and have them still fit. I don't want to have to shop every time I need to go somewhere..an interview or a special occasion. I have so many sizes in my closet and I want to get back into EACH SIZE all the way back down to normal. I am working towards a time goal at the moment. I want to see incredible changes and be as close to my goal as possible by summer. I know that as I improve my eating habits and make better food choices, I will be able to be more active so I'm taking it one healthy habit at a time. It will all probably add up to somewhere around 50 pounds before I'm where I need to be. I will have to make that ultimate determination when I get to about that point


My Program:
My program is to do it. I don't belong to Weight Watchers or anything like that but oh how I wish I had a support system where I had regular weigh-ins. Maybe down the road I'll do something like that or get back into small group training sessions at the gym or join TOPS or some other program but I simply can't wait any longer. Ultimately I am the only one who can find what motivates me to just do it.
