1. Reformer Pilates - Reach 1000 classes attended in 2021
2. Cardio - Walk 1000 Miles in 2021
3. Weight Loss: -3lbs. a month, 30 - 36 total lbs to release in 2021
My Program:
Fitness:
1. Reformer Pilates:
Weekly: 6 classes, minimum 1 level 2 class, work towards 3 level 2 per week.
Monthly: 24 classes
Annually: +250 classes to get to 1,000 total
2. Cardio: Work my way into Walking 100 miles per month
Nutrition:
1. Design Meal Plan for Weight Loss
2. Eat The Rainbow
3. Eat In Range, cycle one day low end, next day high end of range
4. Macros - Focus on achieving Protein Macro daily.
5. Prepare Meals, limit Carry Out to 1x per week
6. Achieve H20 daily, 86 oz.
7. Achieve 8 hrs. Sleep nightly
Self-Care:
1. Create Monthly Tasks
2. Review Monthly Tasks Weekly
3. Schedule Appointments
4. Schedule Health-Care Appointments
5. Pay Expenses Timely, On Schedule
6. Stay Connected To Cashflow
7. Find an Acupuncturist
