Journey to the High Places!
It's starts with a Grateful Attitude and is taken one step at a time.
A couple of quotes I read often:
Discipline=Doing the things you don't want to do to become the person you want to be.
"Take the first step in faith. You don't have to see the whole staircase. Just take the first step"
Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
"Whether you think you can or think you can't, either way you are right" Henry Ford

Never let your sense of failure corrupt your next action!
It's just a choice and the choice is yours.

My Goals:
Start Weight: 250 pounds
Goal 1: To lose 90 pounds over the course of the next year and to incorporate a healthy lifestyle into my daily living for the rest of my life.
Goal 2: To fight thru and resist the urge of self-sabotage and focus on the big picture of what direction my life is heading in. I am working to let go of the "instant gratification" attitude that I have struggled with for so long and learn to accept that this is a positive lifestyle change for the rest of my life. And I deserve that!
My Program:
1) Daily submit my life and my will to Jesus. Some days are harder than others but no one has ever told me that CHANGE would be easy! If it was easy EVERYONE would be doing it!
2) Eating: I've had up's and downs, successes and sabotages but as I have grown over the past year and learned more about myself the desire to continue to change from the inside out keeps getting stronger.
3) I drink PLENTY of water. This is the one thing I am consistent with and drink approximately 12 cups or more of water every day without effort. I have learned to REALLY like water!
Personal Information:
Totally and completely in love with Jesus Christ. Gave my life to Him 4 years ago and have and will continue to completely submit and live for Him - even when it is NOT comfortable!
Married for 22 years to a man who I regularly refer to as Mr. Wonderful!
Currently live in AZ and have the majority of my life, however, have also lived in Kansas, Florida, New York and Colorado!
Sunflowers are my very favorite flower. I LOVE that they are strong and strive for growth, constantly turning their face upward and always reaching higher towards the sun! That is great inspiration for me!
Work: I am an Executive Assistant to a Chairman/CEO of a company in Phoenix, AZ.

I'm glad you are enjoying Chat Waterbury's articles, too. Whenever I fall of the workout wagon, he kicks my butt back on. I should just read one of his articles every day for ongoing motivation.
