Fitness Minutes: 62,674

My Goals:
Meeting new people, encouraging others, walk @least 5 miles a week, lose 59 pounds by Mar2015, find a healthy church of disciples of Jesus and function like the family we are. Simple, eh?


My Program:
Team challenges, daily sparking, co-op w/ VA doctors, simplify my life, practical help to neighbors I meet in this life. Listen to bible audio at bedtime helps too!



Personal Information:
I love to cook and bake, but I live for BBQ. Hahaha it ain't BBQ if it ain't smoked ;-)

I fingerpick guitar, since 1973 (hero:Chet Atkins, bb king). Play piano (fav: ragtime, Edvard Grieg). Blow coronet & trombone (fav: wynton marsalis, chuck mangione) and still enjoy Earth,Wind and Fire; Pink Floyd; Stevie Ray Vaughn -- incl' Mary had a little lamb.
I also really dig Stephen Curtis Chapman, Chuck Girard and Love Song, Larry Norman, and of course Keith Green


Other Information:
"When life gives you a bunch of lemons, make orange juice and leave them wondering" -- Instagram fm my niece.

I am a broken caregiver of my disabled wife; since my stroke/drain bamage [you can smile at that, ironic THe Wink] in Dec'08.

Who says God has no sense of humor? He made me, didn't he?
