Introduction Text I am a 57 year old retired/disabled teacher. I have multiple sclerosis, so I can't get around as much as I would like. I have used that as an excuse, but now I've decided to do something about it. I want to be as healthy as possible for my granddaughter. I'm tired of waiting for the other shoe to fall and end up back in a wheelchair. I'm going to LIVE....and be healthy doing so. MS is not going to rule me anymore!

1. To take care of and be a role model for my granddaughters. 2. To maintain a godly, Christ-like attitude and be a role model to others.

1. Stay within my calorie range. 2. Exercise (walk/move) as much as I can with medical issues. 3. Stay focused on God to bring me through this health challenge.

My name is Ronda, and I live in Louisiana. I have two granddaughters. I will be married 37 years on May 26, 2015.

I have been married 35 years, and we have one daughter and two granddaughters.
