Introduction Text Hi my name is Danae. I am 37 years old stay home mom to 3 beatufl kids. I have 8 year old daughter, a 6 year old son and gonna be 3 in 6 more days little girl. My husband works at Direct TV. We been togeather for 18 years. My goal on this sight is to loose some of my weight to feel heaither, more energized and to see my babies grow up and see my grandbabies when they have them. My goals for the month is (gonna add more every month, three for now sinice i have been off for a month and getting back into it.) 1)eat heathy 2)exersie more 3)dink my water For my August Goals 1) To eat heathier 2)Keep with my exersie 3)Drink more water 4)To sleep eight hours 5)to do my bible study 6)To have a heathy breakfast

To feel better about my self, to have energy, and see my kids grow

eat more freggies, whole carbs, lot less sweets, fatty foods, and prossed foods. Cook my meals from strach. Also drink more water.
