I seem to always return here. Years ago I was on a team with really great caring ladies but the team is no more. I really miss it and them. They posted a lot. Most teams now just don't post or lack activity. I seem to quit every time I get going. I need this. I need to get my spark back. I just seem kind of lost. I fell a couple of weeks ago and hit my face on a rocking horse and both my knees are messed up. I just don't feel like I have a purpose. Oh I am not giving up. I just need to find something. I miss my mom and hubby who died in 2015 just two months apart. I have a daughter and grandchildren but its not the same as having someone around to talk to or laugh with. My grandkids were coming over two or three times a week but school started.
well thats enough. I am tired of crying, complaining and being fat again. I lost 90 pounds then gained half back. My knee hurts pretty bac right now so hard to exercise. Well anyway we shall see what the future holds. Going to try and give it a kick in the butt to see what happens. Bless you all and pray this virus leaves this planet soon.
Well I am getting back my spark. It may be small but its growing and it will continue to grow with the help Of God and my spark friends. So listen carefully and if you hear life calling....answer it!!!

    Can you believe we're already halfway through the Harvest Your Health Challenge? How are you doing? If you have any questions, please let me know.

    This week, we're doing the shuffle. Just record your exercises on the shuffle thread so that we can get as many rounds done as possible.

    And, for the POC, we're sorting, tossing, cleaning, moving our stuff and cleaning up the house. I did one shelf in my pantry yesterday. What tasks have you done?

    And, finally, the Nutrition Challenge. Pick a goal for the week and record how often you accomplished it. Easy-peasy. emoticon

    Thanks for asking. I know the feeling with the carbs. LOL I am good with the exercising. Today I had a sinus issue, so did not ride my stationary bike, hoping to feel better tomorrow as I generally ride 5 days a week. Good luck!
