I'm 40 years old looking to lose 60 pounds that I've gained over the last year due to an illness and medication.Ive always had weight issues.Five years ago I lost 129 pounds and kept it off until the gain this year.I know it's hard work but it seems even harder this time around but I'm determined to do it again.I wouldn't say I like to exercise but I do it.I usually try to mix it up like walking,treadmill, cardio workouts,weight training,pilates and yoga.I never seem to stick to one for a long ...
I'm 40 years old looking to lose 60 pounds that I've gained over the last year due to an illness and medication.Ive always had weight issues.Five years ago I lost 129 pounds and kept it off until the gain this year.I know it's hard work but it seems even harder this time around but I'm determined to do it again.I wouldn't say I like to exercise but I do it.I usually try to mix it up like walking,treadmill, cardio workouts,weight training,pilates and yoga.I never seem to stick to one for a long maybe that's a bad thing I don't know.I don't work because of my medical issue and that bites because I don't get that extra walking in although I try to get atleast 10,000 steps a day in.I have 3 kids,my oldest is 23,middle is 18 graduating this year, and youngest and only girl will be 16 in August.My daughter is actually dieting with me and is doing very well losing 22 pounds this last month.I'm about to celebrate my 19th wedding anniversary this June 19th to the most wonderful man in the world.Im feeling very good about all of the support and kindness I've been receiving and can't wait to lose all this weight together.Good luck everyone.
