Heather's Motivation Page
I've been on SparkPeople for many years now! While I am a lot more fit and a lot more aware of what I need to do to be in shape, I am still back at the same weight as when I started. I have a new plan. My husband and I set this up. It's the same as Spark's fast break goal of 10 minutes a day. Just 10 minutes of cardio a day for 30 days. That's the challenge. That's the focus.
I can be erratic with exercise because of my schedule. I use that as an excuse. NO MORE EXCUSES!!!!

My Goals:
I reached my goal of riding regularly, but I still haven't bought a horse. I have, however, been leasing a wonderful mare since November and really enjoying it.
Original entry:
I want to be in shape so I can comfortably and confidently ride horses again. I am going to buy a horse within the next year, and I want to be strong and healthy to do that. It's been my life long dream to have my own horse.
My Program:
I am eating healthy and making good food choices. I am exercising almost every day.
Personal Information:
I live in Northern New Jersey, I'm 43 years old, and I'm an accountant. I sit all day long, and so getting moving in the evening or early morning is the only way to change my life forever.
