Living Healthy...
Hey, the name is Brooke... I have a husband and 3 boys 16,12 and 7. I am a practicing herbalist with holistic health education... I am a stay home mom/wife and homemaker. I use my education to care for myself and family and friends.. In addition to my own 3 kids, I also take care of some kids in the neighborhood after school. we always have a busy, outgoing, kid filled house. I feel blessed to be able to stay home for my family as well as others... This is my path.

short term goal during pregnancy is to gain 12-20 lbs
have a healthy pregnancy and natural childbirth
my life goal is to use my education and not just talk the talk but walk the walk and live a healthy and holistic lifestyle...
My Program:
Eat clean, gluten free, low carb food with lots of veggies/fruit with every meal.. consme 1750-2200 calories throughout pregnancy. moderate protien consumption to stay full, take prenatal vitamins, drink lots and lots of water. consume daily nettles & raspberry tea, exercise moderatly 30 minutes most days a week with strength training sessions 2-3 times a week. daily kegals. moisturize daily to tone skin
