The 2021 Spring 5% Challenge begins this Saturday, April 3rd. Will be gearing up for it. It's only 8 weeks long and is quite doable.

It’s the first time in a couple of years that my weight is under 160 with the help of the 2021 Winter 5% challenge (Spirited Under Dawg team). The challenge has helped me be consistent in staying with in 1500 calories and exercise daily.
New goal weight is 150 which may change.
