Spring into healthy habits
I need more sleep!. i keep saying in need to redo my bedtime habit. i have been struggling to be consistant for more than 2 weeks. i started turning off electronics 30 minutes before bed.
i will either read a book, sit on the rocking chair and have quiet meditation or do simple quiet tasks to get my mind and body ready to sleep.

more stretching , balance and yoga.
positive mantra to start my mornings. starting with a good attitude helps the rest of the day.

eating- i am working on eating more mindfuilly.
fitness - currently doing real appeal dvds

Married for 17 years no kids or pets. but i have nieces and a nephew to spoil
Other Information:
My brain is a busy place. i am a mentally unfocused person so i find it hard to stay the course for a long time. I am working to be more present in the moment and focused. i dont know why my brain is all over the place.
