I'm 77. another years has gone by, and I have decided that I am not going to focus on losing weight as much as I am going to improve my eating habits. I have asthma and am on a Cpap at night and can't walk long distances, I have had 3 surgeries on my left shoulder and now have a frozen shoulder, so that shoulders makes it difficult to do a lot of kind of exercises, so I do what I can, and if I lose a couple pounds that is a bonus, not a requirement.

I am a retired farmers wife. We do have some livestock, 2 miniatures horses, and 8 goats and right now we share the chores, me in the morning and hubby in the evening, but once field works start the chores are all my baby, and I do enjoy them.

I really don't have any big expectations, cause I am not one that likes setting goals. I just want to be as healthy as I can and enjoy life, and it doesn't mean spending hours and hours walking, running, working out in a smelly germ infested gym, I work hard on the farm and that has been the way it has been for many centuries, in my family, so I think it is good enough for me.
Honest work, and knowing I should not eat as much as I do, but it is all natural food, that means I don't eat boxed or store canned food unless it is unavoidable. If you read labels, some dogs and cats eat better than some do. If I can't pronounce it, I don't eat it.
So that said I have no goals, just honest living, and no beating myself up if I have a piece of pie.

Thanks for the Harry blog love. The amazing thing was that he was willing to sneek out of the house so early and quiet so Dolores did not know where he was going and demand to go along!

    He is a cutie!

emoticon No idea how that happens. Sometimes I completely lose the blogs I should be getting notifications for. Nothing much happening here. My highlight for the last week was meeting a friend at a park. It was so nice out, and we just sat and talked and laughed for a few hours. How did it get to be April already??

Thank you for reading and commenting on my blogs. So sorry to hear about your pedometer. I have a FitBit Charge 2 that I wear all the time, other than when I have to charge it once per week for about 2 hours. It's waterproof and counts all my steps as well as my sleep. I highly recommend it.
    Best of luck to you!
