I need to lose weight because obesity is affecting my health.

My Goals:
I want to declutter my house and get rid of body clutter.






My Program:
 I want to lose weight by setting goals of 2 lbs. When I reach a loss of 2 pounds, I will begin to work on the next two pounds. I've lost 50 pounds and regained weight again and want to keep the lost weight behind me. An asterisk means a weight gain.

I did not reach my goal of 210 pounds or lower by July 1, 2018. When I post my current weight, it disappears.

Personal Information:
I am a native of Maryland. I served in the Air Force from 1970-72 and I am 66 years old.

Other Information:
