Finally ready to lose and feel good!
I am a busy law student and eat everything not nailed down when stressed, happy, mad, glad, or sad. Basically, I eat my feelings - plus, I just generally *love* food. It has always been my comfort. I have always been overweight and usually have the attitude that if you don't like me for my weight then to hell with you - but, it is time to change for myself. I am tired of being overweight. I want to go to an amusement park and not fear being too fat to get on the roller coasters or worry that ...

I have always been overweight and usually have the attitude that if you don't like me for my weight then to hell with you - but, it is time to change for myself. I am tired of being overweight. I want to go to an amusement park and not fear being too fat to get on the roller coasters or worry that when I take my towel off at the beach everyone is thinking 'oh look, it is a whale!' I also have trouble sleeping and they say weight effects that, so it is time!
I recently broke my foot, so I think that has helped motivate me a great deal. Hard to heal with this much weight on it...
I would love to meet others with the same goals in mind and who can be supportive and understanding.

I would like to lose 150 pounds and be able to run a mile without feeling like I am going to die!
My Program:
Right now I am just going to try to watch what I eat and make time to workout at least 3 times a week. As well as log my food intake.
