Thanks for popping into my page! I only started eating yogurt about 6 years ago. I only like it with "stuff" in it.....granola, fruit, toasted waffle etc. I just started eating Greek yogurt after I saw so many people talking about it on SP. It's a little more tart, but is good once I doctor it up. It has twice the protein! That's worth it!

If you're interested in making the granola I made let me know. It has no oil in it, it's slightly sweet & really crunchy. I was really impressed with how good it turned out! It was my first time making it! Sooooo easy! I won't buy it ever again.

Thanks for your comment on my page! How exciting that you are going to start running again. I'm lucky, because I've never had a serious injury (knock on wood), but I also tend to slack off on occasion. I guess those are my built in rest days. :) So just take it easy!! Don't push yourself too hard. Keep in touch!!

Sorry for taking so long to write back. Sometimes I get on SP and end up somewhere I totally didn't expect to be! What a coincidence that you visit Florida and Pittsburgh! Now, if I could just get to England. . .

Well done on that pound you lost! I've never read Coetzee, everyone says his work is downbeat and depressing. But he's won the Booker twice, so he must be good.
