Thanks for noticing my fitness minutes score - must admit I hadn't noticed it myself. Since coming back from Morocco I've not been logging all my food - still being careful, but I'm getting the hang of it now. But it was really useful to track religiously for the first few months. Thanks for the encouragement you left on my SP page. As you are finding out, there is nothing as motivating as going clothes shopping with a daughter & seeing how great she looks (& how bad I look) in the same thing! Thanks for your message on my page! The only blog I do faithfully is on walkertracker.com where I'm known as daisy. I've had a pedometer for ages, and been logging my steps there for almost four years. It's a great little site - it was my friends there who recommended Spark. Most days I post a picture too. I won't have internet access in Morocco, but will post there when I get back.
