Hey Issa Issa Boe Bissa, you never said that you are up for the new Biggest Loser challenge that we are starting on Sunday. Can I just assume since you are one of the team leaders that you are IN? I hope so, we need motivated & positive people to kinda lead the teams, I'm counting on ya!
I know you are super swamped and busy with work but you're still a good influence on the team because when you are around, you are always full of positivity! We need you :)

Oh my word, Issa, it kills me how students cannot follow simple instructions!! I require my students to turn in rough drafts and other notes (we actually do peer editing with rough drafts), and they have to have all of this stuff in a folder. Well, the first paper was due 2 weeks ago, and I was amazed at how many people did not have a clue what to turn in, despite my having told them in class, mentioned it in an email, and also listed it on the assignment sheet for the paper. Do we have to jump through hoops to make them listen??

Hey, Issa! I'm sorry you're struggling with being tired and dealing with all those bad food temptations! I can relate to the busyness definitely, since I teach too, and it can be so draining! I have truly found, though, that working out in the mornings just 2 times during the work week gives me more energy. I don't know if that's possible with your schedule or not, but on those days that I work out, I tend to eat less, oddly enough. Anyway, that's just my two cents.
