My weight has been something that I've struggled with all my life, but with God's help, I will keep it off for good. It's been a while since I've been on this site, and I've almost gained all the weight back, but I'm NOT giving up! :)

My long term goal is to get down to 180 pounds. My short term goal is to lose 8 pounds monthly.
My Program:
I plan to keep track of daily calorie intake and start out walking 15 to 30 minutes at least 3 days per week.
