Introduction Text My name is Janis. I am a Christian woman with a creative spirit. I am a stay at home mom and wife. I love crafts, puzzles, singing, reading and very much into writing, cooking and baking gluten free foods. Feeling positive this year is a year of good change and setting a plan to jump back on that weight-loss bus. My family prayed together this morning and we are looking forward to eating smarter and being more active. Thanking God every moment! He is gracious and merciful and I love walking with Him every day! God bless!

I am carefully following the goals set by the site. I am also exercising by resistance training and then following it up with cardio by Denise Austin. I am eating more fruits and veggies than I ever have and drinking more water. I am learning to be more creative in the kitchen, not just with meals, but with gluten free and sugar free (mostly) baking.
