hey, everyone. I'm a few days into my spark diet. my reason for wanting to lose weight is to look good, feel better. but, it's mostly about vanity. sorta. kinda. no really, i have had breathing problems for a few years now, and though i'm not obese i am definetely overweight for my height. so far, it's been okay.
I've only changed my eating habits, you know striving for that healthy lifestyle. not really concerned about numbers as of yet, but the last time i weighed myself i was 170-ish. it's a little hard to throw in some exercise when you're a stay at home mother of two, my kids keep me busy day in and day out. which is another big reason for my sudden lifestyle change.
Remember earlier i mentioned i had breathing problems? well, i need to get in shape so i can chase my kids around and play with them without getting winded so easily and because i want to be the best, and healthiest, mother that my children could possibly have.
Sorry, i can't post any pics just yet but i plan on posting some later, after my measurements and my weigh-in have been completed. my goal is to lose anywhere from 20-40 pounds. i don't expect nor do i want to look like a supermodel, but rather i would like to reach that healthy weight so that i can pull off any look. because right now, i don't even want to buy any clothes because of the muffin tops i have going on.
there will be bad days(already has been) and good days, but i am determined to stick to this healthier lifestyle i have begun and i am confident about the future.

Drink at least 64oz. of water per day

eating more fruit and produce

watching portion sizes
(measure everything)

moving throughout the day



Personal Information:
my Fiancee' and our two children are currently living in Prince Albert.


Other Information:
favourite things to do are laugh, love, spend time with family and friends, and bonding with my children. also, anything that keeps me occupied, i hate boredom because that is when i usually start eating. I absolutely love watching HGTV, i never get sick of their shows. real estate is so fascinating.
