Introduction Text I am a 50+ gal and devoted member of the Clean Plate Club who has struggled with weight all of my life. I am happily married to a wonderful husband and the mother of two challenging and reckless teenage boys, ages 17 and 18. My husband and I recently sold our restaurant/catering business, Parky's Smokehouse, in Lebanon, Indiana. Right now I am "temporarily retired" and resting after 40 years in the restaurant business. I am taking the time to rededicate myself to my self! I have been on SparkPeople for nearly 10 years and can't say enough about this amazing website. SP gives me everything I need to stay on track. The encouragement, tools and resources are unparalleled. The only thing I must supply for my success is desire, willpower and hard work!
