Hi, I am a 51 uear old mother of 12 that started on my weight loss journey just a year ago. At this time I have removed 40 lbs and have another 30 to go, I have been "stuck" for about 6 months now. I do real good on my diet for a few days then make wrong food choices and overindulge. My goal is to lose weight, get toned and be healthy.
I exercise 6 days a week, 2 hours a day.
