Introduction Text Welcome! I started with Spark on 13-Mar-2012. I can't believe I'm still going strong. I have NEVER kept up the motivation for this long before! Yes, the weight loss is sllloooow, and I have had lapses that resulted in regaining some, but I am fitter than maybe ever before in my life. And the inches have come off as well. I am feeling and looking GOOD!

I am on my 9th round of the Biggest Loser Challenge. I am an Bronze Wellness Warrior! I have also joined Camp WannbeFit in the Winds of Change lodge.



I like reading (fantasy, sf & historical fiction), natural history & birding and making jewelry with beads and polymer clay. I am a cat person & I have 3 of them.
