Hi Everyone, welcome to my page. 2013 was an amazing year. My baby, yes the one to the left turn 13. He says "I will forever look down at you." You have got to love teenagers. Last year my grandmother who I am very close to and one of my biggest supporters moved to my Aunt's home 3 hours away(stressor). I went back to school. I am working on my A.S. and transfering in to the Enviromental Natural Resourses Program at Ohio State next year. This is good and bad, Good because I am envolved with something and adults (mostly dumb teenagers that are stuck in there own little world, totally oblivious to anything around them). The ones that are not like that blow my mind of the array of intrests and opinions. The bad thing about college is I get up at 5 am rush around in mom mode + student mode. Drive an hour, walk from car to class from class to class to (repeat)class to car to drive home an hour, mom mode, help with homework, activites, cook dinner. Do my chores, do my homework,11 pm news, crash. Next day Study and home work, clean house errands nexy day. Back to school the next, As the semester went on the stress got worse and On Dec 4th my first day on break, I step on the scale and I have gained 30 lbs. I have worked way to hard in the past few years for this. Good news is I have lost 4/5 lbs since then. I have the activity tracker on it's way and 2014 is going to be my year!

1. I want be at a healthy weight
2. Eat better, without thought. I want a lifestyle change.
3. Exercise more
4. Be able to play with my son
5 Disney world, kayacking, Hiking in the rockies.
6. Motivate others

My Program:
1.Understand I am not alone during this lifestyle change. Thank God Everyday for helping me though and Thank my friends that support, encourage or at least check in on my progress. 2. Portion control
3. Learn eating cures ( learn when I am full and stop)
4. Avoid triggers that cause emotional or binge eating.
5. Keep tempting junk out of the house. Eat unhealthy snacks out of the house.
6. Keep Active
Cardio 3x week
10,000 step daily
weight training
Fun workouts
Get Outside

    emoticon I saw your post on the Organized Living team and I was wondering how the minimalist challenge is going? I have tried similar plans but always get stuck about day 10. I hope you are going strong!

    Welcome to Spark!! I've been here for about 2 years, and it has helped me more than anything else I've ever done. There are people here 24/7 who can help you with whatever you need.

    Good call coming here! Good luck and stick to it. The biggest thing that helped me was realizing that I have to change for good. This is a life journey and not a little skip across the street! I hope that will help you too.
