I WANT TO LIVE A HEALTHY/HAPPY LIFE. I MUST EXERCISE AND EAT THE RIGHT FOOD TO DO THIS. I MUST GIVE UP BEING A EMOTIONAL EATER.

I LIVE IN A SMALL TOWN IN WVA. I AM NOW A GRANDMOTHER OF A BEAUTIFUL 19 MONTH OLD BABY GIRL. I HAVE ONE DAUGHTER. (FINISHING UP COLLEGE) BEEN MARRIED FOR 26 YEARS. I HAVE ONE DOG/ONE CAT.

Other Information:
 I STILL WATCH TV PROGRAM NCIS. I AM NOW RELIVING MY DAUGHTERS YEARS THROUGH MY GRANDAUGHTER (SO MUCH MORE FUN THE SECOND TIME) I LOVE TO CRAFT/SCRAP BOOK.
