I saw you had a slight slip-up in your grand scheme of things eating wise. Been there so many times. BUT STOP KICKING yourself.

Take a look at some of my blogs, and if you'd like my help, I'm a spark away!

PS For the first time since college, I am in ONEderland! I started at 460 with a 72" waist; as of yesterday I was 199.8 with a 40" waist. emoticon

Thank you so much for your comment on my blog and sharing your story. I am a believer that certain people are placed in our life to teach us important lessons. I am sorry that your situation with that girl brought you pain or made you think less of yourself but I am sure that it has also made you a better person for it today. It sounds like you have your head straight and just by following you on Spark, I think you are a pretty cool guy! emoticon

Hi Jeff. I was just reading your updated goals. It's good to see you keeping track of a weekly weight, as opposed to starting over every week. Do you know the maximum we're supposed to lose in a week is 2 lb - not 3? Also, do you know that is an average a week, meaning you are supposed to average out the loss, not start all over each week. So you lost over 3 lb in the first week, and then you set your goal the next week as another 3 lb and didn't make the goal. But you actually did make an average of almost 3 lb per week - a little over the first week, and a little under the second week for a grand total of almost 6 lb (259.4 - 253.8 = 5.6 lost). Does that make sense? Wish you good luck!
