    Hi Katalina,
    Thanks for adding me as a friend. I did the same. What program are you using? Spark has a great nutrition and fitness area to record on each day.
    I use WW pp plan and track in e-tools and in a notebook right now. I workout
    at least 3x a week and try for 4-5 on the days when I am able to. I babysit and help my kids sometimes, so makes it hard to go everyday. Let me know what is working for you. I find tracking really keeps me honest with my points plus.
