Eat sensibly. Work out regularily. Lose weight. Be healthy. My plan for the spring session is to: 1) Track my food intake 2-7 days per week (this is still an improvement) 2) Be mindful of what I am eating, and not use the holiday/party/whatever as an excuse to overeat 3) Visit my lime teammates pages throughout the session 4) Continue with my current level of Cardio & strength training 5) Be under 200# by the end of thesession.

I work out 2-6 times per week. Eat within the recommended calorie range.
