Hi I am Getting Healthy again. I am 58 Years old and have lost a Total of 100 lbs Since last Feb. I Am Setting Goals and Checking Things off as i Reach Them. These are the Things i want to Complete This 5% Challenge.

1.Eat Fruit and Veggies
2, Increase My Water.
3. Get 8 Hours Sleep.
4. Get More Active.
