I'm Amanda(25) and I'm a full time student going for graphic design and full time security guard(atm). So between those 2 things it leaves little downtime but I have been fitting in 30 minutes a day 5 to 6 times a week to workout. I'm eating healthier, my main goal is counting protein not calories but I try and make my protein lean.
I had weight loss surgery nearly 3 years ago. My highest weight was 310 and my lowest 170. I'm back at 200 and when I noticed that I buckled down ...

So far I've been fairly on track, I lost 3 lbs the first week but for some reason gained 2 back. Just trying to let my body get on track so I'm not sweating it too much just yet
