Thanks for your comment on my blog!! It's frustrating you know!?! I'm trying to avoid a plateau but between the weather, the back pain and losing calories burned with weight loss it's discouraging. Seems the only way I can get back up to the calories burned that I was at when I was averaging 10 pounds lost a month is to mow the lawn, have only so much lawn to mow. Hurt my back mowing the dog yard with all the holes the dogs dug. Gotta figure out something to get the extra calories burned. 3627 days ago
