Strong & Lean For 2016!
I'm now onto phase 2 into my journey of getting healthy!
I've lost over 120lbs!!! Still want to loose a few more, but this year's focus is on getting stronger. Building muscle and an overall healthier mind and body.
No fear.
Believe in yourself.
Don't listen to the haters.

Become healthier overall (mind & body).
Be more confident (& believe it!)
Have more energy.
Live the life I've always wanted to but was too afraid
My Program:
Food Tracking everyday, for everything that goes into my mouth.
Portion Control is Key!
Home cooked over take out.
Trying out new healthy recipes as often as possible
Strength Training 3-4 times a week.
Heavy Cardio 2-3 times a week
Light Cardio daily
Drink more water!
Personal Information:
I feel like I've already lived 3 lifetimes!
I was on disability for over a year for severe anxiety & depression. Doing much better now, but some days are still a struggle.
Working full time, married & have the cutest most loving little shih tzu.
Finally at a place in my life where I can focus on making myself happy.

My Program:
