    Also,depending on your age/gender/weight be sure to not eat too few calories.It's hard to tell by your picture,but I'd say no less than 1500/day.I hope this helps. I find that food is sometimes the hardest know what NOT to eat,so start there

    I find this hard because I am totally bored with chicken by the end of the day.The main points I took from this plan are:PROTEIN at every meal/snack, no carbs after 4pm. Also be sure to drink plenty of water. And don't beat yourself up when you slip

    Lunch: 3oz chicken, 1 cup brown rice, 2/3 cup broccoli Snack: same as morning snack Dinner: 5oz chicken, mixed greens salad, 10 almonds No dairy, no sugar, no bread
