    Aww thanks for saying what you said on my vlog :-) I'm glad you are back :-) By the way, I'm finally re-arranging my apartment for the fall/winter since it's cooler now so that means soon a spacious living room to play and of course film all my dance games in :-)

    My favorite & go to is Chicken fietsa: 3 cups of chopped or shredded cooked chicken, 1 can black beans, 1 can corn, 1 reg jar of salsa & 1/2 pack of low fat cream cheese mix all together heat and serve over quinoa or brown rice.

    (if chicken is not cooked you can combine all in a crockpot and cook)
    yum.

    Thank you for the blog support on my "Don't Let Difficult..." blog. That is some really good advice about not letting one person dictate your happiness. That is something that I learned the hard way a few years back with my kids mother. Fortunately, I think I have learned from that but it still doesn't always make it easy. I am definitely doing my best to not sabotage anything!

    But thank you again for the support! It really doesn mean a lot to me. I think you are also right about not knowing how you feel until you write about it. Amazing how seeing it in words in front on you can really shine a light on it!
