    I am happy with my weight loss, for the most part, but still want to be a FIT person and I still feel like a FAT person instead. I will keep doing the work and maybe someday it'll happen emoticon

    Thanks for the comment on my blog. You said you can never have certain things again. The trick is to modify that thing to something you CAN have. Never say never! emoticon You just have to outsmart the things that are considered bad for you!

    Week 2 was quite a bit tougher for me then week 1 and 3 even more, I'm not going to quite though! Even if I can't do 100% of what it says, im still doing 100% more then I was doing sitting on the couch. I'm glad you are doing it!

    Thanks for writing on my page. I don't think getting under 200 pounds will feel any different from any other weight. I feel good when I get enough exercise. I felt great when I lost about 10% of my weight; I felt healthier and was able to move better. I haven't felt that different since then, and I don't care so much what the scale says as long as it doesn't go up. I am ready to run a 5K, and that will feel really good. I kept telling myself that I couldn't possibly run if I weighed more than 200 pounds, but then I decided to try it one day and found out that it wasn't true. I started with walking, though. It is the best place to start!
