Welcome to Lynda's Spark Page!


I have been on here for an eternity--It probably is saving me from becoming a Diabetic---I have learned to eat healthy because of Spark People---but--I don't always do it!---
My goal right now i9s to get under the 200 lb mark----I have been hovering-----
Because of Spark People, I never drink pop----
Because of Spark People, I wear a stepper 6 days out of a week---and I achieve the 10,000 steps daily!
I try VERY hard to not eat unhealthy foods----
I try to drink ...

I have stopped eating in the night----(I used to!)----
I think Spark People has added life--to my life!

 To meet my goals I am jounaling-----exercising--and doing a lot of talking in my head to not eat certain foods---

    Hey! Another pound since the 15th! Congratulations! I saw your post about reading in bed and thought "What a GREAT idea!" So I will be doing the same in just a few moments!

    We are currently up in the panhandle of Florida staying a State Campground/Park. Tomorrow we (husband and my parents) will be attending a pecan growers symposium (it is an annual event) to learn the latest and greatest about pecan cultivation in Florida. (We have 350 pecan trees between our and my parents' properties (they are adjacent) that my husband and dad planted in 1987). After that we will play tourists and check out the local area.

    I have decided to tell all my friends to trash the salt, you will see a huge difference. it's been over six weeks since I have and I really see a difference. And boy oh boy, I loved salt. I do not miss it at all.

    I still have a thousand steps to go, but the salt is not one of them anymore.

    Curves was wonderful!! The staff are awesome--as I've said before--and they are all making me feel very welcome and capable of learning everything.
    The last Customer of the day was actually my Husband's cousin who just started Curves Smart so I got to help her do the Circuit.
