Live Life Happy ~ I am working on releasing the old/harmful and embracing new2me, good4me skills and actions. The thought occurs to me... life gets very hard sometimes, and we do what we must do... but, unless you're happy with crappy, get up, get dressed & put your smile on! Stand up, dust off, show up & step up... then take a step and move forward. Look for the moments that bring happy and joy ~ emotional bubblebaths ~ bits of sunshine, flowers to smell, smiles to share :)

-- methinks this is an essential life skill I wish I had realized and embraced much earlier in life - it is a happy making skill, and I'm workin' on it ;)
