By August 31, 2011:
I will develop a more organized and balanced life style, allowing for times of peace and pleasure along with working in my home and yard.
I will lose fifty pounds so that my body will be healthier and I can enjoy all the adventures of retirement.
I will increase my fitness level, improve my balance and extend my endurance so that I have a better quality of life.
My Program:
I will be montoring my nutrition and activity levels and scheduling fun into each day!

Favorite pasttimes include spending time with my husband, sons, grandchildren and my two golden retrievers, reading for pleasure, and researching family history.
