Ohhhhh noooo I have to start all over again!
Last time I was 120kg and got down to 92kg.
Then I put it all back on plus some extra.Ugh
Slow thyroid problems have not helped at all.
Started 2013 at my heaviest yet - 122 kgs!!!!!!
Now slowly losing with healthy eating choices.
I gave up smoking in 2000 so I can do this. :-)
As a teacher I need to be a better role model.

    Like you I gained too much weight after giving up smoking. Yaaa no smoking, now to let go of the weight, 15 kg all up. I gave up smoking, I can get rid of the weight. emoticon
