Introduction Text Welcome to my page. I am newly engaged for the first time 42 year old female. I live in Lewis County & work in Tumwater for the state. I thoroughly love the outdoors & being in the fresh air. I enjoy Hiking, biking, gardening & being with my family. I love Cooking & am using the Southbeach diet phase 2 att this time to help get me on track.My Wedding is on July and althought I've bought my dress in my current larger size, they can taylor it down two sizes so that is my goal... I hope you'll drop by & leave me a note sometime, maybe share a recipe.

My Goal is to loose about 70 Pounds. I just want to be healthy & look good. I am tired of being tired. My over all goal is to be able ski next winter at Mt. Hood

I am going calorie conscious!! making better choices trying to get more friuts and vegies in my daily diet and trying to stay away from high calorie foods. I am doing some form of cardio EVERY day. I hope to make NEW friends that are like minded.

I love to Read and Cook. I love Being Outdoors in the sun, rain or snow. I have to say Cooking is my favorite thing to do, expecially for friends and expecially when I am cooking something new and fun...I enjoy gardening, bike riding & playing in the snow. I especially LOVE going to the river in the summer
