Healthy and Thriving
Update: I am 41 yo new mother! We are in the process of adopting our second child. The day I reached my 50 lbs mark was the day I found out about our new addition. I gained a few during maternity leave but stayed in the 170's. I need to remain healthy and strong for my little ladies so I am looking to lose 25 more pounds to get to a healthy weight. I have spent most of my 30's over 200 lbs. I know I am healthier than I was a couple years ago but I still need to lose at least 20% of my body ...

1. Lose a grand total of 89 pounds.
2. Lose 24 pounds during the BLC.
3. Exercise 6 days a week.
My Program:
I have started the KETO way of eating. It has been working well for me and I have lost 10 pounds since starting. I am working on staying consistent so my body can get fully Keto adapted.
