I lost my motivation and consistency. I allowed myself not to care and to make excuses. I actually enjoyed eating everything I wanted without recourse and working out when I felt like it. I have a love/hate relationship with exercise. I love how I feel after I excercise but I hate having to exercise! For me, it's the only way to take off and keep off the pounds!
