Introduction Text I'm 64 years old and my husband and I have been married for 44 years. We have 2 grown children, 1 son in law, a daughter in law and 4 grandchildren, 12 ,15 and 28 months old and 3 . I love Jazzercizing and Barre , quilting and, unfortunately, eating. I need to lose another 15 pounds and am working hard at trying to get that under control! I will turn 65 in September and I've lost 5 pounds since the beginning of August after rejoining WW digital. I hope to lose another 5 pounds by September 13, my birthday!

To stay healthy and active and keep away from any prescription meds.

I am just eating a healthier diet and trying to stay away from artificial sweeteners and eat very little sugar. I seldom eat white carbs especially at night as my husband is Type 2 diabetic and white carbs mess with his blood sugar.

Continue to exercise 3 to 5 times a week 4. Work on organizing sewing room better. 5. Continue to put together my Grassy Creek tops and get ready to quilt them. 6. Quit mindless snacking.
