Intermittent Fasting
Eat 2 Balanced, Healthy Meals

2021 - I've been married for 37 years to Dave. We have three kids - a son - 30, a daughter-in-law - 29, and a daughter - 24. We've lived in Iowa City since we were married and are retired.
Other Information:
Timeline:
July 25, 2018:
Started taking iron supplements for anemia.
September 26, 2018:
Started taking Acidophilus for digestive issues.
June 29, 2019
I cried out to God for help.
I quit eating added sweeteners of any kind. I don't eat added sugar, honey, agave, stevia, artificial sweeteners, etc.
I'm still eating fruit - frozen, canned, fresh, dried (no sugar etc. added).
September 20, 2019
I got serious with Intermittent Fasting:
two meals a day.
April 24, 2020
I started a custom "Bright Line Eating" plan.
June 25, 2020
I weigh 141 pounds - officially in the "normal" range!
June 29, 2020
It's been 1 Year with no added sweeteners. Thank you, Lord.
February 26, 2021
I gained 15 pounds over the holidays eating flour products and snacking.
Today I'm back to eating two healthy meals a day (lunch & supper), no snacks and tracking everything on SP.
