Reigniting My Spark to be Losin*it 4 me 4 ever!
This is the first day of the rest of my life.... This is the TIME for ME!!! This is the TIME to lose it 4 good 4 ever!!!
Reigniting the determination that has led me this far and losing it for good! A true focus on me will give me more to offer.

I have been struggling with hypothyroid, depression and the loss of my Dad over the last several years. Emotional eating has always been a struggle for me as well. Often an all or nothing attitude to boot. The effect that this has had on me has not been positive. It is time to bring me back. I am sick of being sick!
This is the time! Fall 7 (or more)times... Get up 8 (or more).

To live my best life healthfully and overcome emotional eating with an all or nothing approach! To acheive and maintain my goal weight and not look back:)

Short term goal 1-7%(15) of restart weight March 2013 ~DONE! May 2013~
Short term goal 2-14%(30) of restart weight March 2013 ~DONE! July 2013 REWARD~NEW SHOES!! WOOHOO! LOVE 'EM!
Short term goal 3-21%(45) of restart weight March 2013.. REWARD- NEW HAIRSTYLE! Go short! DONE!! Sept. 14
Short term goal 4-28%(60)
of restart weight March 2013... Could be longterm goal as well.... TBD!
Short term goal 5-30%(65)
of restart weight March 2013!!! CONVERTS TO LONG TERM! Maintenance mode!
Long term goal 1~ lose 60/65 lbs (28-30% of my starting weight)
Long term goal 2 ~ to achieve a level of consistancy in my lifestyle. To not let my excuses define me! Today
My Program:
Eat Healthy, exercise daily. Focus of what I am putting in my mouth & how much I move!
Eating Clean healthy foods with portion control focusing on fruits, vegetables and whole grains and overcoming emotional eating.
